CRISPY CHICKPEAS (air fryer)

Enjoy these crispy & garlicky chickpeas as a snack or in any dish as a great source of protein and fiber. We especially love them in Buddha bowls, salads and pasta. GF, V.


4 SERVINGS


Ingredients:


  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper


Directions:


  1. Add chickpeas and spices to a bowl and combine. Be sure to thoroughly coat the chickpeas.

  2. Add to the air fryer basket and shake to a single layer.

  3. Cook at 400 degrees F for about 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes to avoid sticking and burning.

  4. Enjoy these crispy, garlicky beauties immediately.
