This quick and easy breakfast is my go-to during the summer months when fruit is so sweet and juicy! Fresh farmer's market peaches and blueberries are combined with yogurt, healthy fats, cinnamon and crunchy granola keeping you full until lunch. No peaches? Add in whatever is available depending on the season.

Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (or any unsweetened non-dairy yogurt)
½ tablespoon flaxseed meal (or hemp hearts)
1 ripe peach, large dice
¼ cup organic blueberries
¼ cup granola (or toasted walnuts or pecans)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
To a small bowl, add the yogurt and flaxseed stirring until well combined.
Add remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
