Yields about ½ cup
Ingredients:
½ cup firmly packed fresh cilantro, chopped fine (mostly leaves)
½ cup firmly packed fresh parsley, chopped fine (mostly leaves)
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp sea salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a airtight container and stir until combined
Add a lid and store in the fridge for up to a week.
